Job summary

Novant Health seeks Regional CNA Resources to deliver compassionate patient care across several units in the Greater Charlotte and Winston‑Salem areas. CNAs will support urgent staffing needs with interim coverage while adapting to daily assignments across up to three facilities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of hospital experience, and NA I certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

With assignments that may change daily and support for up to three locations, PNRT CNAs bring flexibility, clinical confidence, and strong collaboration skills while gaining broad exposure to facilities, specialties, and care teams across Novant Health.

What We're Looking For
