Novant Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool, delivering continuous quality patient care across multiple units. You will work as part of a rotating team to meet patient needs efficiently, spanning CCU, Inpatient Med/Surg, and Women's services as required.
Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with a BSN preferred, possess current compact RN licensure for the state, and are prepared to complete required restrictive-interventions training within 3 months of hire.

Registered Nurses Float Pool are responsible for providing continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Float Pool RN is part of a resource team that is assigned to varying units during their shift to ensure that patient care needs are met. These RNs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in several different clinical areas. This group shall be known as the Float Pool. These employees are a part of Patient Care Services. There are three RN teams in the float Pool, RN Team 1, Specialty Track/ CCU, RN Team 2, Inpatient Acute, and RN Team 3, Women's Services.
