Job summary

Heritage Inn Statesboro is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care with dignity and respect. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

We offer competitive pay from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, evening/night/weekend shift differentials, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for career growth in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong desire to help residents with daily living activities and maintain dignity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
