Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a local 8-week contract in Carthage, MO. You will provide compassionate care to residents and support the care team in the evenings.

Requirements include Missouri CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a local contract position with housing/travel covered by the candidate.

Qualifications

• Evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses and other healthcare team members.
• Assist with vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and guests.
