Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an 8-week local contract. The Contract CNA will assist residents with daily living activities and work with a supportive team.

Shifts are 12-hour with rotating weekends; night options available. Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility help, observing changes, providing emotional support, maintaining cleanliness, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care.
