Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience in resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
