Job summary

Brighton Post Acute in Boston, MA is seeking CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Daily pay is available, with PIB and shift differentials offered. The role requires an active CNA license in Massachusetts and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, changing linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and support high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:
