Job summary

Allure of Sterling seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Sterling, Illinois, delivering respectful, resident-centered care.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity.

Shifts include Nights: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am.

Part-time and full-time options are available, with pay at $20.00 per hour and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment between meals.
• Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, showers, and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output as assigned.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Document care accurately using required forms, reports, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Follow professional standards, facility policies, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
