Job summary

Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Daily Pay is available through a trusted third-party provider for faster access to earnings.

The role involves resident observation, hygiene assistance, meal setup, documentation, feeding, and safe transport within the facility, with strict confidentiality of resident data.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current CNA State Certification.
• In good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents and reporting health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Providing personal hygiene care including bed baths and shaving.
• Setting up meals and documenting intake; feeding residents and supplements.
• Making beds and keeping Resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility and turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry
