Job summary

Williamsbridge Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work on the Day and Evening shifts on the Weekends at our facility in Bronx, NY. Base rate is $24.65 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Current CNA State Certification.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe Residents.
• Report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Feed Residents and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep areas tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
