Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Valid NY State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed bath, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bed-ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data

• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:
