Responsibilities

• Observing Residents and reporting health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assisting with personal hygiene and care (bed baths, shaving, etc.).
• Setting up meal trays and recording food and fluid intake.
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and maintaining Residents' space tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all data.

Base rate is $21.39 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
