Job summary

The Blossoms in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s care plan and supervision guidelines. You will support assessment-driven services and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

Required CNA license for Arkansas, GED or equivalent high school education, and ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• This position provides each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors.
