Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife in Mars, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a weekend program. This part-time role offers flexible shifts: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with an $18.90 hourly rate and a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

You will support nursing staff in resident care, uphold rights and confidentiality, and help residents meet treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification current and listed on registry; no allegations.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing staff with resident/patient care per policies and procedures.
• Maintain resident/patient rights, privacy and confidentiality.
• Promote acceptance of treatment goals and respond promptly to needs.

This is a part-time weekend position located in Mars, PA, with various shift options available, including 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Rates starting at $18.90 per hour.

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA requirements include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
