LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Full-time and part-time positions are available on AM, PM, or NOC shifts. Pay ranges from $20.12 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

LindenGrove Waukesha an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. Our certified nurse aide performs person centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$20.12-22.50 per hour, dependent upon experience

Essential Job Functions

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
