Job summary

The Grand Healthcare System is seeking dedicated weekend Baylor CNAs to join our team at Fulton Commons. The base hourly rate is $24.65 per hour, with weekend doubles paid at 1.25x the base rate, effectively delivering a boost in earnings for 2 days of work.

You can choose full-time weekend doubles or part-time every other weekend, with additional weekday shifts available for extra earnings. CNAs must hold current certification and demonstrate strong teamwork and compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.

Fulton Commons is seeking dedicated Weekend Baylor CNAs to join our team!

Base Hourly Rate: $24.65 per hour

This unique opportunity allows you to maximize your earnings while providing exceptional care to our residents over the weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 2-Consecutive Weekend Doubles (4 shifts in two days)and get paid 1.25x the base rate (the equivalent of a full week’s pay in just 2-days!)

• Choose from various double shifts: Day-Evening, Evening-Night, or Night-Day.

• You can work every weekend (full-time) OR every other weekend (part-time)

• Pick-up additional shifts during the week to earn even more!

CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
