PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center | Springfield, Oregon
Full-Time | 0.90 FTE | Day Shift (0700-1930)
Pay Range: $22.35 – $33.16 per hour
The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
If you're a CNA who feels stuck in high-volume, task-heavy care, this is your chance to get back to why you chose healthcare in the first place: meaningful patient connection and being part of something that truly impacts recovery.
In this role, success isn’t measured by volumes, it’s measured by outcomes and experience:
If you’ve worked in acute care before, especially in surgical or hospital settings, you’ll have a head start, but we’re happy to grow into this role. We also understand life outside of work matters, and we aim to create schedules and teams that support balance and sustainability.
At PeaceHealth, we believe caring for our caregivers is just as important as caring for our patients; physically, emotionally, and professionally. You’ll be part of a team that values respect, collaboration, and cultural humility.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.
