Job Details:

Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time

Available Shifts: 6a-6p, 6p-6a

Starting Pay: from $18.50, with increases based on experience and shift differentials ($1.00 for 2nd shift, $2.00 for 3rd shift)

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Support residents under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and maintain independence.
• Accurate and timely care documentation.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid CNA/STNA certification in Ohio; must pass the state test and be active on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment.
