Job Details:

Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time

Available Shifts: 6a-6p, 6p-6a

Pay: Starting from $18.50, with increases based on experience and shift differentials: $1.00 for 2nd shift, $2.00 for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents feel comfortable and maintain independence.
• Accurately and efficiently document care provided.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or as needs arise.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification, active on the Nurse Aide Registry, having passed the state test.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment.
