Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout the shift.
2. Help residents with personal hygiene.
3. Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
4. Document resident food and fluid intake.
5. Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
6. Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
7. Transport residents within the facility.
8. Assist nurses and staff as needed.
9. Follow all professional standards, facility policies, and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.
10. Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
