Job summary

Chapters Living of Sharonville in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed staff. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

You will observe changes, document observations, and work as part of a team communicating with residents, families, and staff. CNA certification and HS diploma are required, healthcare experience preferred. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting and transfer techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying up resident living areas.
• Participate in resident activities and socialization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
