Job summary

Chapters Living of Sharonville is seeking a licensed practical nurse to support residents in our Ohio community. The role involves health assessments, medication administration, daily living assistance, and accurate care documentation.

You will collaborate with the care team and families, monitor residents' vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
