Springs Ranch in Colorado Springs is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Resident Services team. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, delivers person-centered care, and maintains a safe, respectful environment.

Evening shift 2:30 PM–10:30 PM offered; pay between $19 and $20 per hour depending on experience. We provide health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Colorado.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs require additional training to earn the same rate.
• CPR/First-Aid certification may be required per policy and state rules.
• Drug screening required upon hire and routinely.
• Criminal background check required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Report changes in health or behavior to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What you'll do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) in Colorado.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
