Hartford HealthCare’s Jefferson House in Newington, CT is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, and help deliver high-quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in a warm, family-like environment.
