Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Jefferson House in Newington, CT is hiring CNAs for day shifts (7a-3:30p) to provide compassionate resident care and support to aging adults. CT CNA certification is required with one year of patient care experience preferred.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 after six months, 40% tuition discounts with partner institutions for colleagues and dependents, PTO and health insurance, plus various discounts and a sign-on bonus for 24 hours+.

• Provide direct patient care to residents.
