Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional nursing care. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and work closely with a dedicated team including a Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor.

This on-site role offers shift differential bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive environment focused on resident well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Kansas is required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and daily comfort.

We are looking for the best Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Come join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• 1. Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents
• 2. Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support
• 3. Promptly responding to resident call lights
• 4. Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
• 5. Following infection control procedures
• 6. Documenting and charting your care for each resident
• 7. Protecting residents’ rights
• 8. Adhering to our policies and standards
