Centurion is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team at Plainfield Correctional Facility located in Plainfield, Indiana. The CNA works under the close direction of nursing and medical staff to provide direct patient care, support personal hygiene, daily living needs, and vital sign monitoring for incarcerated individuals.

Candidates must hold an Indiana CNA license, CPR, and have at least one year of experience in acute, long-term, emergency, or correctional settings

Qualifikationen

• Licensed CNA in Indiana with active credentials.
• Nurse scheduling experience.
• Lab experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in acute, long-term, emergency or correctional care (preferred).
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care plans and document observations in medical records.

The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

• Indiana CNA license
• Nurse staff scheduling experience
• Experience working in the lab
• Current CPR
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
