Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. The CNA provides direct patient care under nursing, medical and psychiatric staff, assisting inmates with hygiene, daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.

The successful candidate will hold an Indiana CNA license, CPR certification, and meet background check/security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Indiana CNA license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• One year experience in acute/long-term care, emergency, or correctional settings preferred.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care under nursing staff.
• Assist inmates with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs as part of routine care.

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility located in Carlisle, Indiana.

Pay Rate Range is $18-25/hour depending on experience

The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Indiana CNA license
• Experience working in the lab.
• Current CPR
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift:

full-time days, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend
