Centurion Health seeks a PRN Registered Nurse for Reception Diagnostic Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The RN delivers holistic nursing care within scope of practice, under supervision, addressing medical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients.

The role requires an Associate's degree, an active RN license (or multi-state compact), CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance. Per diem shifts are available with day shift coverage.

About the Role

Centurion Health is proud to partner with the state of Indiana as the new provider of medical and behavioral health services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team at Reception Diagnostic Correctional Facility located in Plainfield, Indiana.

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi state compact license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
