Job summary

Aria Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans, focusing on resident-centered care and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan, as directed by supervisors.
• Positioning, Moving, and Restorative Care.
• Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
• Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
• Dining Assistance.
• Dressing and Undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and Elimination.
• Comfort care and End of Life Care.
• Answer call lights timely and promptly.
• Report changes in resident's condition to the assigned nurse.
• Report accidents and incidents observed during shift.
• Document entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
• Be a team player coordinating with all disciplines in the facility.
