Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support medical staff in delivering patient care, assisting with ADLs, feeding, hygiene, and monitoring vital signs.

Qualifications

• Current active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate in the state of Wisconsin.
• Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident centered care oriented
• Personal cares to include assistance in ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance
• Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers
• Answer call lights timely and promptly
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center
• Licensed as a CNA, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining credits for continued certification

Job Overview

The primary purpose of a Csertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to support medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Your duties will include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing your patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

All Full Time PM shift Certified Nursing Assistants that are a .9 or 1.0 are eligible to participate. Every single hour you work for the entire month will be paid out at $3.00 additional per hour if the following occurs…

• You work every single scheduled shift for the month.
• No call ins!
• You show up for work on time and do not leave early for each scheduled shift and utilize the time clock in your home.
