Overview:

EXAR Healthcare is always seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. CNAs with EXAR play a critical role in delivering quality care and support to patients across skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, rehab centers, and home care environments.

As a CNA with EXAR, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping patients with daily activities and ensuring a safe, respectful, and comfortable care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient condition

• Support residents with feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

• Assist nursing staff with routine care procedures and transporting patients

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment in accordance with infection control standards

• Accurately document care provided and communicate clearly with the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs; perform physical job functions such as standing, walking, and bending

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and infection prevention

• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills

• Must pass background check, TB screening, and meet state-specific requirements
