Responsibilities of a CNA at Fieldstone of DeWitt:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Conduct routine health checks, including vital signs and medication administration.
• Facilitate participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $16.92-$25.72/hour, starting based on experience.
• Daily Pay: Access wages before payday via our app.

Shift Differential Incentives:

• Evening Shift: +$3.00/hr
• Night Shift: +$4.00/hr
• Weekend Shift: +$1.50/hr
