Job summary

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Carbondale, PA is seeking a CNA-Per Diem to provide routine daily nursing care to our residents in accordance with their care plans, delivering rehabilitation and skilled nursing in a warm, home-like environment.

This in-person, per diem role requires PA certification; two shifts per month are required. Competitive wages and a family-like atmosphere are emphasized.
