Job summary

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Village Point team in Monroe Township, NJ. This part-time, on-site role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and provides direct daily nursing care to residents under licensed supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ CNA certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR certification is preferred. Shifts include 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid NJ CNA certificate is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned.
• Report changes in resident’s health, behavior and any care or safety concerns.
• Report all observed accidents and incidents.
• Check each resident routinely to ensure needs are met.

Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. We are looking for CNAs to join our team. At Springpoint, our CNAs are responsible for providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their individualized plan and established nursing standards of practice under the direction of licensed professional staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned.
• Report changes in resident’s behavior, health and any other problems related to resident’s daily care and safety.
• Report all observed accidents and incidents.
• Check each resident routinely to ensure that the resident’s needs are being met.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid NJ CNA Certificate
• CPR Certified preferred
