Four Winds Manor, Inc. in Verona, WI is seeking a part-time Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant for the AM shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high‑quality care.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.70 per hour, with shift differentials. PTO and access to earned wages are offered. The facility is a private 44-bed skilled nursing home focused on compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course and hold or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin license.
• Prefer CNA experience with older adults, dementia care and rehabilitation residents.
• Medication passing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living under RN guidance.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well‑organized environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate care and respect residents' rights and dignity.
• Utilize tools and software to support resident care and daily operations.

Requirements for this Certified Nursing Assistant job
