Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate/License: Wisconsin Recognized CNA course completed and valid Wisconsin license (or eligible).
• Work Experience: Prefer CNA with older adults, dementia care and rehabilitation experience.
• Medication passing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living under RN guidance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment while delivering quality nursing care.
• Provide compassionate care with respect for residents' rights and dignity.
