Job summary

Trinity Regional Rehab Center in Trinity, FL is hiring CNAs to join a caring, patient-centered team under new leadership. CNAs provide essential daily living support and assist residents and nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Walk-In Interviews are Monday–Friday from 9 AM–5 PM with on-the-spot hiring. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), flexible scheduling, direct deposit, overtime opportunities, telemedicine access, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents, observing resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under supervision.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality in scheduling.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
