Job summary

Aston Group is hiring a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida to join our care team on the 3p-11p shift (Monday–Friday with rotating weekends). You will assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and uphold residents' dignity and comfort.

We seek candidates with a current CNA certification and high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Prior long-term or acute care experience is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
