• Certification: CNA certification required in the State of Ohio; pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
• At least 6 months of direct care CNA experience

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while living daily life.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
