Responsibilities

Responsibilities in Detail

• Provide patient care delegated and supervised by a registered nurse.
• Implement and participate in interdisciplinary care plans.
• Encourage self-care and independence.
• Recognize and address abnormal signs and symptoms, including mental health concerns.

• Respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Complete accurate documentation.
