Job summary

Northcrest in Napolean, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Nights and Weekend Warrior shifts. A sign-on bonus is offered.

The facility is “Great Place to Work” certified, and STNA individuals are supported for professional growth. As a Northcrest CNA, you will care for residents under the supervision of an RN/LPN, with duties including daily living activities, documentation, and ensuring resident rights are respected.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
