Job summary

Three Creeks Post Acute in Pullman, WA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily care to residents.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and reporting changes to the nurse, while following care plans to maintain dignity and independence in a homelike setting. The role offers day and evening shifts with a $22–$26 hourly range and a friendly team dedicated to resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care that supports residents' plan of care and maintains abilities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, transferring, and dressing.
• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self-determination, offering daily choices.
• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse.
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures.
• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record.
• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift.

Available Shifts:

• 6 AM - 2 PM

• 2 PM - 10 PM

• NOC - $.75 - $1 shift differential

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care that supports each resident's plan of care and helps them maintain or improve their abilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding - from light set‑up help to more hands‑on support

• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self‑determination, offering choices in their daily routine

• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse

• Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols

• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record

• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift
