Allure of the Quad Cities in Moline, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

This team-driven role offers 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am), up to $22/hour, daily pay, and benefits including health, dental & vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• English reading, writing, speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands‑on care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and other duties. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
