Allure of the Quad Cities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Moline, IL to provide hands-on care for residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support a safe, compassionate environment.

This team offers competitive pay up to $22/hour, both part-time and full-time shifts, 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and generous PTO.

Qualificações

• Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and other duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team-oriented environment and contribute to the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition

Requirements

• Current Illinois CNA certification required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend regularly
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
