Allure of the Quad Cities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Moline, IL to provide hands-on daily care to residents and support their comfort and safety. You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and vital signs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and teamwork with the caregiving staff.

In this role, CPR and Illinois CNA certification are required, with strong communication and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
