Job summary

AffiniCare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to fill flexible schedules across Care Initiatives communities in your region. You can choose shifts, including part-time or full-time, and travel between locations.

As a CNA, you'll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and follow infection control protocols, with a minimum 16 hours per month as per policy.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.
