Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for AffiniCare opportunities with customizable schedules to fit your life. Travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region to cover open shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours per month on a flexible basis.

CNAs provide daily living support, emotional companionship, and health monitoring in our skilled nursing communities, while adhering to infection control protocols to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
