MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II for per diem shifts in Med Surg/ICU. The role supports nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing a range of direct and indirect patient care duties.

Requires CNA/LNA licensure and BLS, with at least six months of CNA/LNA experience. Per diem, 12-hour shift structure, pay range $20.68 to $25.10 per hour, with competitive benefits and potential shift incentives.

Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified (CNA) or Licensed (LNA) Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: At least six months of CNA/LNA experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions, clinical competencies and clinical knowledge of a Certified Nursing Assistant I.

The pay range for this position is $20.68to $25.10 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
