ICFAI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Medical Surgical Unit on the day shift. This full-time position focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive clinical team.

The CNA will assist with unit and patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, access patient health information, and handle routine tasks related to the medication storage area (excluding controlled substances).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.

Responsabilités

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standings.

Physical Requirements

• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
